Why stainless ductwork? Stainless steel ductwork is chosen for its longevity, corrosion resistance and ability to be sterilised—making it suitable for environments ranging from food and beverage production to chemical processing. Using either 304 and 316 grade stainless steel, our ductwork is built to last.
Whatever grade of stainless steel specified, we have the knowledge and the skills in house to design, build and install the ideal ductwork for your application.
Using the latest CAD/CAM software our skilled design team will pull together the basics specs of a system after having visited site and taken account of location, projected airflows and many other important factors. In the case of new-build we work from drawings and specs laid down by our clients.
After approval, we proceed to working drawings and use specialist ‘nesting’ software to ensure that every possible piece of raw material is used when cutting components from sheet metal.
Then as drawings are passed to our manufacturing unit any last-minute updates can be accommodated as our fabrication facility is just next door!

Our 25,000 sq ft high-bay in-house manufacturing facility is on the same site as our offices, both centrally situated in Bury, Greater Manchester – just a few minutes from easy motorway access to anywhere in the UK.
Featuring advanced equipment for metal cutting, bending, folding, rolling and welding our team specialises in creating thick plate ductwork and other sheet metal fabrications. Ductwork ranges from thinknesses of 1 mm upwards and duct section diameters can range up to well over 2000mm.
On staff are several fully-qualified TIG and MIG welders; they have the experience and knowledge to create almost anything from sheet steel – with millimetre precision.
