We design and manufacture high-integrity stainless steel and mild steel ductwork in various grades from 1.5mm thick and diameters up to 2500mm. Designed to exacting standards by our in-house team, these are the highest quality products we produce, featuring precision welding, tight tolerances, and a high-quality finish.
Following rigorous quality checks, duct sections are assembled and installed on site, often by our own team. We fabricate associated components such as bends, tapers, and plenums, and supply fixings, gaskets, and dampers as needed.
High Integrity ductwork is designed for removing polluted air containing fumes, dust or odour from industrial processes where ANY leaks are critical. Also, the installation may need to last for many years without maintenance or adjustment due to its siting or what it transports.
Many ultra high specification ducting systems (for instance: for nuclear installations) stipulate that all welds are carried out by hand. This is to ensure complete integrity of every millimetre of every seam for mission-critical applications where any leakages – no matter how minor – are not tolerated.
